An enquiry may include a name, contact details, organisation, message content and ordinary technical email metadata. The information is used to respond, clarify needs and manage further dialogue.

Depending on the enquiry, processing is based on steps requested before a possible agreement or Veranis' legitimate interest in responding to and following up relevant enquiries. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for its purpose, unless continued retention is required by law or to document an agreement.

The website does not use marketing or analytics cookies. Selecting a contact button opens your email application; the enquiry is not sent until you choose to send it.
